Ever since I was young my family utilized the healing nature of soup to help us be healthy and stay healthy! Come join us for our Healing Soup meetings and read our blog for recipes and more! Are you tired all the time? Try this soup:
Ingredients: 1. Bean sprouts 50 g 2. Carrots 100 g 3. Pork ribs 100g 4. Sea kelp 50 g Herbs not in bag: 5. Gou ji 枸杞 10 g 6. Jujube dates 紅棗 3 (Add more is okay, I usually add a fistful) Herbs in bag: 7. Huang Qi 黃耆 10 g 8. Dang Gui 當歸 5 g Instruction:
