Here is a nourishing porridge for everyone to try.
小米 Millet, 30g
紅米 Red rice, 20g
懷山藥 Huai Shan Yao, 5 slices
茯苓 Fu Ling, 3g
胡蘿蔔 Carrot, 6 slices
小白菜 Bok choy, 6 split stalks
白扁豆(炒) White Hyacinth Beans, dry-stir fried, 3g
落花生 Peanuts (remove hard husk, keep soft husk), 6 pieces
大棗 Jujube, 1 piece
蓮子帶芯 Lotus seeds, with plumule, 3g
小黃薑 Small yellow ginger, 3 slices
Boil the ingredients on high heat until water is boiling, switch to low heat and slow cook until the beans and seeds are thoroughly cooked and softened.
