Job’s tear has the effects of whitening and weight loss, as well as reducing swelling, expel pus, and diuresis. Lotus seeds are beneficial nourishing the Heart, Kidneys and Spleen. The Spleen relieves diarrhea, strengthens essence and calms the nerves.
