What is Healing Soup?
Ever since I was young my family utilized the healing nature of soup to help us be healthy and stay healthy! Come join us for our Healing Soup meetings and read our blog for recipes and more! We could definitely go for a Ginger Lemonade right about now! Yummm!!!
Ingredients: 1 piece of 10 cm. ginger, peeled and chopped 1 cup lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons) 1/3 cup maple syrup 6 cups water 2 lemons cut into slices for garnish Instructions: Place the ginger in a food processor or blender. Add lemon juice and process until smooth. Add water and maple syrup and mix well. Strain out ginger pulp. Serve in glasses filled with ice and enjoy!
