Ever since I was young my family utilized the healing nature of soup to help us be healthy and stay healthy! Come join us for our Healing Soup meetings and read our blog for recipes and more! (serves 2 - 3 people) This recipe is excellent for winter or people with anemia. #anemia, #HuangQi, #beef, #WinterSoup, #JujubeDates, #BlackBean Ingredients: Beef shank (cubed) 500 g (replace with pork or chicken or shiitake mushrooms; if preferred) Dried red dates 20 g ( sliced, halved, de-pitted) Black beans 60g (soaked) Huang Qi 30g (rinsed) Ginger (optional) 3-4 thinly sliced pieces Cold water 6 cups Cooking Instructions:
