Long Gan fruit: tonify the Heart, the Spleen, the Blood, and calms the Spirit. Great combination with lily bulb
Lily Bulb: moistens the Lungs, clear heat, suppresses cough, Clears the Heart and quiets the Spirit
Lotus Seeds: tonify the Spleen, stops diarrhea, tonify the Kidney and astringes essence, nourish the Heart and quiets the Spirit.
Snow ear fungus (white fungus): heal dry coughs, clear heat in the lungs, lots of collagen for skin.
