What is Healing Soup?

- 5 red dates - 3 dried longan fruits - 5g wolfberry Instructions: 1. Break the red jujube dates and remove the pits from the longan fruits. 2. Add the wolfberry to boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes. 3. Serve the tea warm Benefits: This tea is beneficial for individuals experiencing fatigue due to Qi and Blood deficiency, as well as insomnia caused by heart and spleen deficiency. It is particularly suitable for sedentary office workers.
