What is Healing Soup?
Ever since I was young my family utilized the healing nature of soup to help us be healthy and stay healthy! Come join us for our Healing Soup meetings and read our blog for recipes and more! Dysmenorrhea is also known as painful periods, menstrual cramps, or pain during menstruation. Its usual onset occurs around the time when menstruation begins. Symptoms usually last less than three days in the pelvis or lower abdomen. Try drink this soup in between periods, not during periods, to prevent menstrual cramps when the next period occurs. Drink this soup once or twice a week.
Ingredients: 10 Red date (Jujube dates) with no pits 2 inch Ginger sliced 2 oz. DangShen 2 oz. DangGui Salt and black pepper to taste 2000 ml water Your selection of meat or beans. Instructions: 1. Rinse all ingredients 2. Add all ingredients in a clay pot 3. Bring to a boil then simmer on low heat until 2/3 of water left Comments are closed.
